Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the bat555 platform — whether through the website at bat555.onl or through the bat555 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is effective from the moment you create a bat555 account or use any part of the platform, whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use bat555 and should not create an account. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. bat555 recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Eligibility

To register and use bat555 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bat555 is strictly an adult-only platform and we take age verification seriously.
• You must be a human individual — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when creating your account and when completing any subsequent identity or payment verification steps.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory ruling or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using an online gaming platform.

bat555 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address or payment verification from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and may affect your ability to make withdrawals.

Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one bat555 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or any other identity — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. bat555 will never ask for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

Your account details — including your registered name, date of birth and national identity information — must match your identity documents. bat555 uses this information during payment verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Keep your email address and phone number up to date in your account settings.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available on your account for additional security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Deposits

bat555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer via IBFT and selected debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no upper deposit limit set by bat555, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits are credited to your bat555 account balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges applied by bat555 at any stage of the deposit process. Deposits processed via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account within seconds. Bank transfers and IBFT deposits may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bat555 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities for the purpose of funding gambling activity.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference for investigation.
• bat555 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if a transaction raises any concerns during verification.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out here. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank account transfer.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bat555 may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identity document and confirming your registered payment details. This step is a one-time process for most players and is required to protect against fraud and ensure your funds reach the correct account.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within minutes once approved.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• bat555 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges levied by your payment provider are separate from bat555's processing.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• bat555 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on individual players.

Bonuses and Promotions

bat555 runs a range of bonus campaigns for both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season and major cricket tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms are published on the relevant bonus page and form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all bat555 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who have previously held a bat555 account are not eligible for new player promotions.
• bat555 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer or using irregular betting patterns to meet wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account once the bonus expires.
• bat555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, notice will be given to affected players.

Gameplay Rules

Each game category and individual title may have its own specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits and payout structures. General gameplay rules that apply across the bat555 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bat555 cannot reverse a bet that has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during gameplay, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. bat555 is not liable for any losses resulting from network interruptions on the player's side.
• Sports and cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other events — are subject to the specific rules published for each market. Results are determined by official match outcomes. bat555 reserves the right to void bets in the event of abandoned matches, rule changes or data feed errors.
• bat555 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all slots and table games. Game outcomes are independently verified and are not influenced by previous results, bet size or account history.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one bat555 account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way that bypasses normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with bat555's systems, servers or software.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use bat555 accounts to process funds on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification or gameplay.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first contacting bat555 support to resolve the issue directly.
